Taco Bell Mild Sauce
Thanks Kristine for mastering this sauce for us.
Dry ingredients- (you can pre mix the dry items and store for future use)
1/2t. paprika
1/2t. sugar
1t. cayenne pepper
1t. garlic powder
1t. garlic salt
2t. cornstarch
2t. salt
4t. chili powder
1T. cumin
1T. onion powder
Wet ingredients
3T. vinegar
1 can tomato paste
3c. water
Combine all together and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Cool, enjoy, and store leftovers in the refrigerator.

1-2 cans sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 cube butter, melted
4 cups chicken, cooked & cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-2 cups sour cream
1-2 cups mozzarella or monterey jack cheese, shredded
parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
can add onions and garlic too.
Mix above ingredients all together in large bowl. Put into greased 9x13. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly, remove foil last 10 min. to get brown top.

Reuse those milk jugs ladies!
